Rental Terms & Conditions

By booking rental furniture from Valley Furnishing, the renter agrees to the following terms and conditions.

Rental Period
The rental period begins on the selected start date and ends on the selected return date. Items must be available for pickup or returned as agreed. Additional charges may apply for late returns.

Security Deposit
A refundable $150 security deposit is collected with the rental. The deposit will be refunded after the item has been returned and inspected, provided there is no damage, excessive cleaning required, missing property, or other charges due.

Damage & Cleaning
The renter is responsible for the rental item while it is in their possession. Normal wear is expected; however, the renter may be responsible for costs resulting from stains, tears, burns, scratches, pet damage, water damage, excessive soiling, misuse, or other damage beyond normal wear.

Loss or Severe Damage
If an item is lost, stolen, destroyed, or damaged beyond reasonable repair, the renter may be responsible for the reasonable repair or replacement cost of the item. The $150 security deposit does not limit the renter’s responsibility to $150.

Delivery & Pickup
Delivery and pickup arrangements must be made with Valley Furnishing. The renter is responsible for providing reasonable and safe access to the delivery and pickup location. Additional charges may apply for circumstances not included in the original delivery arrangement.

Cancellations
Cancellations and changes are subject to Valley Furnishing’s cancellation policy. Delivery charges, special-order expenses, or other costs already incurred may be non-refundable.

Use of Rental Items
Rental furniture must be used in a reasonable manner and for its intended purpose. Items may not be altered, painted, permanently attached to another object, moved to another location without permission, or used in a manner likely to cause damage.

Agreement
By completing a rental booking, the renter acknowledges that they have read and agree to these Rental Terms & Conditions and accept financial responsibility for applicable charges resulting from their rental.
